Outstanding design and construction work at the highest level. The scope of my antique farmhouse project grew with each new discovery (rot, mold, poor previous construction) but the crew at Maple Valley Design Build took it all in stride. Excellent finished project well above my expectations.

We had a great experience with MVDB on our home renovation project. Our project was large-scale, and involved lots of complex issues that had to be managed well for the project to succeed. Ranging from design (function and aesthetics), to sourcing materials and talent to logistics and workmanship. Greg and the entire team at MVDB including their construction manager Jeff Paul, and all of MVDB carpenters and subcontractors, were absolutely great. Great process, great product—we are thrilled.

MVDB did a wonderful job getting our house back together after a bad leak wrecked the inside of the house mostly due to mold damage. The house was gutted to the studs on the inside and completely rebuilt. We also took the time to add some space. The work was top notch and the people he has working for him are wonderful. I am handy and could have done most of the work myself if I had the time. I did what I could to save myself some money ( plumbing, electrical) and Greg was great at being flexible enough so I could get in some sweat equity. He is very responsive and committed to making certain the work is done right.

Maple Valley Design recently added a second bathroom to our ranch in Manchester Center. Greg came up with a plan to enlarge our master bedroom closet and ultimately created a small, but spectacular, full bath. He even planned for new streamlined closet space in the bedroom. Greg suggested details, like a sliding barn door, that really maximized the utility of our space. Our walk-in shower is truly beautiful....with a tiled half-wall, topped with a glass panel that extends to the ceiling, and marble accents throughout. The project results exceeded our expectations in every way. Greg was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. If you're looking for a cheap fix, Maple Valley may not be for you. They use top quality materials and their workmanship is outstanding. Based on my experience, I think you'll love what they can do for you."
